All my life I've never been in trouble, never charged for a crime, never been to jail or incarcerated. Because of Andre Belanger's moves in and out of court, instead of a 10 year sentence and 500,000 in fines, I was blessed with One Year Probation and 40 hours community service with no fines. I was facing the worse case and came out with my freedom intact and able to start to rebuild.

Andre is top notch at what he does, and his professionalism is second to none. I was involved in a serious accident with a fatality. A year after the accident, I was charged with criminal charges. This after jumping through many hoops and passing them as assigned by the motor vehicle association. ... I was very scared because this was the first time I had ever been in a situation where the state was bringing charges against me, and I was at fault due to an odd law and not due to any negligent act.
