André Robert Bélanger

Shortly after my arrest i was in dire need of legal help and didnt know where i stood regarding my charges. The public defender i was assigned did the very least possible to help me and give me little confidence. Upon meet Andre Belanger, all my fears and worries faded. He was confident and rea...ssuring with me and my case. I realize i made a mistake and have to pay for it but with Andrea's help the court process and my sentencing was smooth and fair. Andre got to know me personally and supported me as a friend would.

Just prior to being indicted on very serious federal charges I was in desperate need of council. The first attorney that I met with told me that I would most certainly be incarcerated before this was all over with. I was then referred to Mr. Belanger, whom although expressed the severity of the charg...es I was facing, seemed very confident in his ability to fight for a better outcome for me than that predicted by the previous attorney. I retained Mr. Belanger and felt confident that I was in good hands. Mr. Belanger worked out a plea agreement and presentation to the courts that allowed me to never set foot in prison and I could not be more grateful for all of the hard work he put in and the amazing outcome. I was in a situation where my son had been assaulted but ended up in jail from old warrants that should have been cleared but for the negligence of his prior attorney. I began researching attorneys once I realized that I could not resolve the matter myself and the prior attorney reacted with zero ...urgency. I chose Andre because of his trial experience. I figured he had to be pretty confident and competent to list his credentials as a trial lawyer. A little more research showed he was a very successful trial lawyer. He met with me the same day I called, and he started working on my son's behalf before I left the office. I believe I finished up with his secretary. Within a couple of days Andre had a handle on the situation. Even though we were dealing with an obstinate judge who refused to entertain phone calls or motions, Andre posted up in the courtroom until she had time to hear him. My son was released within hours which was the most important part to me because he needed medical attention. He also cleaned up all of the outstanding warrants and unfinished business from the previous attorney. I honestly stopped worrying once I hired him. He listened more than he spoke, but when he spoke it was relevant, reasonable, and sincere which gave me great confidence in him. When he said "I will do my best," I believed him. He also gave me his personal phone number and was always available. I was very impressed with his services. My advice to anyone fighting for their loved ones who may be in jail, spend the money on a good lawyer instead of a good bails bondsman and put your worries to rest.

I was highly referred to Andre for a DUI, first offense. He took my call on the first attempt and was confident, compassionate and helped alleviate the worry I had. He walked me thru the process, successfully argued my case with the DMV and, most importantly, made me feel like he had my back and that... I had the best attorney for my situation. Even the parole officers love him, which can't hurt! Andre is spectacular and I highly recommend him for legal representation. You know when trying to find the right Criminal Defense Attorney you truly never know what you are going to get! From the moment I made that first initial phone call, to my first time stepping foot in his office I knew I had made the right choice to hire Mr. Bélanger to represent my boyfriend. My boy...friend was charged with Felony Carnal Knowledge. Mr. Bélanger is the 3rd attorney to be hired. Noel’s case was sketchy to begin with and as we dig deeper there are other things that we are finding out that the first attorney could have used. Mr. Bélanger was gored right after we lost our motion to reduce sentence. I called Bélangers office the next day at 3:30pm and within 15 minutes of our conversation, we set up a consultation. Getting a loved one home is stressful all in itself but to have an attorney who genuinely cares goes a long way. I would also like to throw in that if he was ever contacted via email text or even through his secretary, he always responded in a timely manner which anyone knows getting an answer from your attorney is like pulling teeth. He has truly been there not only for Noel but as well as me. Andre has respresented Noel not only in an appeal but as well as his parole hearing. Although we lost the appeal Mr. Bélanger represented Noel to the best of his ability. In some cases the facts are the facts and our argument didn’t belong in the appeals court which was clarified by not only the appeals court but as well as the state defense attorney. We just recently went infront of the parole board and WON. I have to say if it wouldn’t have been for Mr. Andre I don’t know that Noel’s parole would have been granted. Violent offenses are hard to fight but with someone like Mr. Bélanger on your side anything is possible. Our ways have not parted yet, as we have retained Mr. Bélanger to represent Noel not only in his post conviction relief as well as if granted to bring Noel’s case back to district court and fight it the right way. Noel nor I can say thank you enough for not only what this many has done and continues to do but just for giving us hope when we were at a point of giving up. We are truly blessed to have come across someone like Mr. Bélanger and couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire him. There is so much more I could say about Mr. Bélanger but I there isn’t enough typing space. I will finish with this his loyalty to Noel gives us hope that Noel will be home soon with a clean slate.
