Well, I came to write a review after speaking with this 'person' and lookie here - everyone else has had the exact same experience. I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. From the start, his tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my concerns and providi...ng clear guidance, he was short, impatient, and condescending - spoke down to me, cut me off repeatedly, and made it clear they had no interest in presenting himself as a professional. left the conversation feeling more stressed and disrespected than before.

The bad reviews are all accurate. I spoke with Bankston, only to call him to ask him what the current payoff is for one of my employees who I was trying to assist at the time. I tried to be so polite, using yes sir, no sir, thank you sir, I understand my employee did wrong and he wants to make this r...ight, I am willing to pay off the debt for him. At the end of the call, I felt like I was a low life criminal. If Mr. Bankston is so unhappy with his current profession maybe he should look for a different one. Common courtesy and respect should be granted to everyone!

Received an email from the payroll department regarding a garnishment out of my check for lemon that was purchased in2008. So I contacted this attorney's office and was told by Abby that a judgement was put in place in 2010 and that I was contacted. Well I wasn't contacted until 2014 then they starte...d garnishing my check. They stop the garnishment a few months later after taking$400.00 a month. When I called this time she said the obligation wasn't complete. How is it fair to take 300.00 out every other week for something that i purchased 16 years ago and not notify me. I will not stay for this. I am contacting an attorney today myself as well as contacting the news channel to shed light on this type of foolery. I am a single mother; my kids depend on me so having $600.00 taking a month from me will screw up my livelihood. How am I suppose to take care of my kid and pay all my bills.
