My husband was injured in a car accident for which he was not at fault, which completely totaled his car. The car and insurance policy were in both our names, and while we wanted to settle amicably, the other driver's insurance company was determined to avoid paying for our car damages and my husband...'s medical bills. They began calling both of us to harass us and try and trick us into accepting a settlement, and in the meantime, they were refusing bills for my husband's medical treatment and telling the hospital and physical therapist to call us and demand payment. It got to a point where it was interfering with our quality of life. Our goal all along was to make the other insurance company pay for the damages to our vehicle and my husband's medical bills, without having to go through a personal injury suit. We made this clear to Bryan, and he let us guide the case, and didn't pressure us into pressing forward with a larger-figure personal injury lawsuit. In the end, he got the other insurance company to admit fault and pay 100 percent for our damages and cover all of our attorney fees. More importantly, he helped us out and made this as easy and painless a process as it could be. He didn't treat us like clients; he treated us like people, and he helped us during a difficult situation we were in through no fault of our own. We would recommend him to anyone.
