Pam worked with my family for almost 3 years on 2 different cases. There was a point when I thought she was unfair, but quickly learned she wasn’t she was balanced and thinking things threw when a calmer head needed to make decisions. In the end she helped to mediate my divorce to an end. She also he...lped me navigate life at a time when it was the most emotional;given my soon to be ex-spouse was coercively abusive, psychologically abusive, and was doing things that needed to be called out and remedied. Pam was honest, fair, and showed incredible discernment. Between Pam and my attorney I don’t know how I would’ve made it. The abuse was horrific and she saw straight through his fake facade and helped to ensure my daughter would have protections and be safe, as much as the law could allow in my case. She readily spoke to CPS to refute the very negative lies and allegations being painted by my former spouse. She genuinely cared about my family and my stepdaughter. It didn’t always seem fair, but looking back I understand why things had to be done as they were and I am grateful to her for everything she did for myself and my girls.

Pam is wonderful. Our family has been through so much in the last few years. We thought we'd never see the light at the end of the tunnel. Pam helped to change the narrative, and we finally felt like we had someone who truly cared and listened. She stood beside us throughout one of the toughest times... of our lives. Because of Pam's help, my nephew will now have a fair chance at life and is being raised in a happy, healthy, and SAFE environment. She is fair, honest, and will advocate for what's best for the child. 100% recommend.

So my first review was posted on September 11 and underwent a five day review before it was approved and posted live on September 16. Seven days later, September 23 I receive an email saying my honest review was no longer approved. Hmm. Perhaps someone didn't like the honesty and complained? So, beca...use my personal experience with this particular attorney was so bad, it is worth the time out of my day to craft a new honest review in hopes that I can save someone else from experiencing the same pain, stress, burden, and financial waste I experienced. This is my honest review, based on my personal experience and opinions. Pamela is one of the most unprofessional (in my opinion) attorneys I've ever worked with. I have not yet submitted a grievance to the state bar ethics committee, but rest assured I will be doing so based on the pattern of overcharging for services not rendered. Instead of efficiently working on the case she wasted so much of my time and money soliciting feedback on how to better market her practice. The conversations were overly opinionated and she meddled in affairs unrelated to the case instead of sticking to the facts about the case itself. She talked all about her past with an abusive relationship and issues that followed (seriously? you're an attorney! leave your baggage at home) leading to legal advice that (in my opinion) had an axe to grind. Her "accounting" consists of Microsoft word listing her office's belief of what they feel are reasonable "billable conversations". They could not provide any factual basis (email or phone records) of alleged "conversations" leading to (what I perceive as) a few phantom line items to overcharge (including charging for the time she chit chatted about personal issues unrelated to the case). Rather than take time to collect all the facts her (in my opinion) impulsive, knee jerk responses to ongoing issues caused nothing but more issues and perpetuating turmoil with my ex. She knows how to make friends (a nice in person personality) which lead to me hiring her. In hindsight I should've recognized a friendly person from one that is well versed an experienced to handle high conflict litigation. If that's your situation, this is not the attorney for you.

Pam Miley has been working with my daughter and I since my daughter was 3 months old. She is now two and Pam has been my attorney and guided us every step of the way from establishing visitation guidelines with my daughters bio dad, to ultimately walking my husband and I through a whole step parent a...doption process. She has been more than accommodating with our needs and schedules. Pam always goes above and beyond for my family and puts out needs before anything else. She shows true empathy and compassion and genuinely cares about my family and our best interest. I would not trade her for the world and highly reccomend her to any potential clients!
