Pam worked with my family for almost 3 years on 2 different cases. There was a point when I thought she was unfair, but quickly learned she wasn’t she was balanced and thinking things threw when a calmer head needed to make decisions. In the end she helped to mediate my divorce to an end. She also he...lped me navigate life at a time when it was the most emotional;given my soon to be ex-spouse was coercively abusive, psychologically abusive, and was doing things that needed to be called out and remedied. Pam was honest, fair, and showed incredible discernment. Between Pam and my attorney I don’t know how I would’ve made it. The abuse was horrific and she saw straight through his fake facade and helped to ensure my daughter would have protections and be safe, as much as the law could allow in my case. She readily spoke to CPS to refute the very negative lies and allegations being painted by my former spouse. She genuinely cared about my family and my stepdaughter. It didn’t always seem fair, but looking back I understand why things had to be done as they were and I am grateful to her for everything she did for myself and my girls.

Ms Miley represented me twice, both times regarding a divorce. The first was in 2007. She was professional, knowledgable and very supportive. Since I had not been through a divorce and didn't know what to expect, she educated me. The entire process was seamless for me. When the opposing attorney... tried to use bully tactics to get the divorce rushed through, she refused to rush and made sure that everything was done properly. Then in 2022 I needed her services again. This time I filed for divorce, but had reservations. She was patient with me, listened to me and supported me when I told her that I was going to reconcile with my spouse. If ever I need another attorney, I would certainly hire Ms. Miley again.

Pam Miley was appointed by the court as an Amicus Attorney for my children. She went above and beyond getting to know them and understanding the family situation. My kids felt like someone was actually hearing them and taking their feelings into account for the first time in a lengthy (years long) ...divorce process. She was a strong advocate for their safety and best interests. She also was not afraid to stand up to the kids' father who could be quite intimidating and threatening at times. It was because of her advocacy that the courts finally made the changes needed for my kids to have a peaceful life. The kids and I are forever grateful to Pam Miley for her hard work and compassion in dealing with a very difficult situation.

This lady is very unprofessional and actually told my wide to shut up on one occasion. She is also biased and tore my family apart when she worked for rockwall county as an amicus. Money hungry and greedy.o had no choice but to use this lady due to the judge assigning her. She is a horrible horrible ...person. Stay away from her.

Ms Miley was extremely helpful with our daughter's divorce. Our daughter is a paraplegic and no longer able to care for herself. He husband was neglectful and she needed to leave an abusive situation. Ms Miley was able to help with the divorce and evened followed up to see how she was doing. I'd defi...nitely recommend her.
