Outstanding Services
I would highly recommend Vincent M. Powers for legal representation. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He went out of his way to accommodate us at the time of our son's death. He was perceptive and could anticipate what steps to take in order to resolve our issues. He was sensitive to our emotional needs, as well. All emails or phone calls were answered promptly. His support staff was also very helpful and professional. Mr. Powers was clear in explaining the matters at hand. He has the experience and background to be very effective at what he does. He continues to more than willing to help us navigate the system to find resolution to concerns that have arisen due to our son's death. I would hire Vincent M. Powers again.

Caring, professional with highest integrity
Having the opportunity to work with many professionals, it is always a pleasure to work with someone who stands head and shoulders above others in their field. Vince Powers is just such a professional. He brings a breadth of knowledge, certainly, but just as importantly, he brings a passion for justice that is uncommon. He was respectful to everyone involved in our case, showing a decency in tough moments that the world clearly needs more of -- he made us proud to be associated with him. Simply put, Vince is a class act who is bright, caring, and has the highest character and integrity.

Straight Shooter
I've known Vince over 30 years as a friend and confidant. He is someone who is not going to tell you what you want to hear but the truth based on the facts. Vince is a great lawyer and I'm happy to say I have not had to have him represent me in court. I did however need to work with him on a family matter that was quite serious. Vince's calm, thorough guidance was comforting and extremely helpful. He is my go to guy for legal advice as well as a personal opinion when I want an honest, fact based opinion.

Excellent Services
It was a pleasure to work with Vince Powers. From the beginning, it was very obvious that he actually cared about my situation and wanted to do whatever he could to ensure that I received the justice that I deserved. I felt adequately prepared and informed throughout my entire case. All of my calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. He is highly intelligent and brought that knowledge to my case. I would highly recommend Vince Powers again and again.

highly skilled
i have never met such a caring LAWYER. he's selfless and actually does care about your situation. he is responsive to every call and email. i would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. he is respected in the community and other lawyers need to take notes, attend his trials so they can learn something. employment cases depending on the nature can be hard to fight, but i am thankful that I finally had a voice to speak for me. before consulting with him, the employer ignored my plea for help.

Horrible experience
An attorney explained with the attitude how they were not going to pick up my case . After I explained I have all the evidence . And still would not pick up my case . would not recommend anyone .
Response from Vincent Powers November 3, 2022
We have to make decisions to accept cases based on whether we think we can obtain a good result for a potential client. We do turn down cases that potential clients strongly believe are claims which will result in excellent outcomes. But we analyze the facts, the law and the damages. There are other lawyers in Nebraska who may have a different opinion of a case we do not accept. It sometimes takes a number of inquiries with different lawyers to find one who is a good match for your case. Ultimately it is important that the lawyer and the client share the same view of the lawsuit, otherwise there will be disagreements going forward.
