Eric Hagen is an amazing attorney with an unrivaled attention to detail! He was able to help us with an overly complicated case from over 30 years ago which included an identity theft that spanned multiple jurisdictions. He was transparent about the cost, the process, and knew exactly what needed... to be done to get positive results. Although we lived in a different state, Eric was in regular contact, making sure the paperwork was perfect before it was filed. Whenever we e-mailed him with questions or requesting an update, he was always quick to respond. Once the hearing was scheduled, he called us multiple times to make sure we were able to travel, knew what to expect, and would come prepared. After being charged with 3 charges, I consulted Eric for advice. He took the time to listen to my story and at the end promptly said “they can’t do that” and explained why the charges made no sense based on my story. The prosecutor offered a plea deal at the pretrial hearing that dismissed the most... serious charge and left me with a few small infractions and a fine. Although both he and I believe I would have been successful at trial, I felt as though the deal was good enough for me.
