I hired Eric Hagen for a protection order matter and he absolutely rocked it. It was very short notice and he was quick, friendly, personable, and compassionate. My order did get granted and I do owe that to him. I cannot recommend Mr. Hagan highly enough. I recently found myself in some legal trouble after a traffic incident, and I was facing both a moving violation and a misdemeanor charge. I was very anxious about the situation especially once the court/prosecutor raised my charges, but Mr. Hagan immediate...ly put me at ease. He took the time to carefully explain the law and possible penalties I was facing. He outlined several strategies for my defense, along with the pros and cons of each. I hired Eric and his team that included Mallory Hughes and Broderick. It was a difficult Federal case. Looking at 13-15 and got 8.5 which was a victory. BUT the key was the experience Eric provided. Emotional support/empathy is the #1 thing I hadn’t thought about before inquiring about lawyers. BUT I... learned how VITAL that was for my family and my mental well-being.
