Very satisfied

Falling warehouse product came down hard directly on my head knocking me out and injuring my spine. It was serious. My foot started dragging. I did not know what to do. I had a good job that paid me good money. Surgery helped. But nothing could be done to get me back to work. A fellow employee... told me to call Richard Rensch. I thank my lucky stars I was referred to Rensch and Rensch Law. Richard and his paralegal Laci worked the case methodically. They knew each step to take. They told me what to expect - and it happened. They kept me advised on every turn. They won for me and my family everything I could hope for - and more. The Rensch firm treated me and mine like family and for that we will be forever grateful and think of them as family. Sadly, someday a good friend of mine or a family member will need help like I did. I will not hesitate to send them directly to Richard or his son, Sean. Thank you so much Laci and Richard Rensch for all you did for us.

Great Lawyer

Dick was a great help in working through complications of a motorcycle accident. He always kept us informed on the case and had us stop by his office whenever we had questions. Very, very happy he handled our case. Was a comfort to have a guy that rode motorcycles handle our case. He understood a... biker's point of view. Great Lawyer.

Helpful, Prompt, Smart

Our business recently relied on Rensch and Rensch Law to help navigate through some legal issues which were unexpected. Dick and Sean Rensch were extremely professional and give us timely advice and guidance. They responded promptly, educating us about our options along the way. They were very approa...chable, friendly and helpful. Because this was a situation we had never encountered, their experience helped lead us in the right direction with a very positive outcome.

Underinsured auto vs motorcycle

I was hit on my Harley by a car on my way to work. I was not at fault. The auto owner had the state minimums. I needed to use my own policy for the underinsured due to multiple extensive injuries. However my carrier did not want to do the right thing at first. After doing lots of research on local a...ttorneys I chose the Rench's. I chose them because they were real with us, Dick rides a motorcycle so he can relate to a fellow rider and most importantly - he recommended I settle my bike on my own with the other carrier so that I can keep the funds for that myself. They could have very well have included that in the case and been paid for that as well. This recommendation got ME more $ and a new bike faster. The Rensch's went to work and always kept me in the loop of what was going on case wise. I am a hands on type of person and they had ZERO problems answering multiple emails in a days time answering questions regarding my case. If I left a message or email I always heard back that same day. ALWAYS! When the bills came they contacted the right people and kept them at bay until the case was done. I never heard from them again or received another medical bill. I referred the Rensch's to a friend who was hit on his cycle as well. They did great for him too. After the battle with the insurance company Dick and Sean were ready to go to trial on my case but the carrier ended up offering a much better settlement than their first offer, to the tune 3x more or so. I would hire these guys in a second no questions asked. These are down to earth great people. Not your typical attorneys. They do what's best for you, not their paycheck. I can not thank Sean and Dick enough. They forever changed our lives. Rench's if you read this - again, thank you for all you did for us. You are the best. Aaron T.

Auto accident

Mr. Rensch went to extra measures to make sure I was always up to date with latest info. regarding payments and conditions from the insurance company. Emails were sent and I was kept quite in the loop as well, he also made sure I was understanding the process and how the timing of each answer would ...effect or not effect the outcome. He is highly recommended by myself.
