Abbey knew she wanted to be a lawyer from the time she was a child. She persistently sought opportunities to develop the skills of an advocate. While studying at Creighton University, Abbey served on the Moot Court Board, participated in the Dominican Republic Immersion Experience, and was a member of the Family Law Society.

When Abbey received her law degree from Creighton Law School, she simultaneously obtained her Masters of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, summa cum laude.  This double layer of expertise forms the foundation of what is needed in your family law lawyer.

Abbey believes that getting the best solutions in negotiations comes from attentiveness to what is truly important to you. If a good settlement just isn’t possible and the time comes for being in the courtroom, Abbey is in her element. Her complete preparation and powerful focus show in her courtroom confidence. Abbey was a Moot Court Competition winner and a three-time recipient of the Outstanding Oralist Award at Creighton Law School.
