No issues here

I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from Kelly Shattuck. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use his services and I have not been let down. Kelly is thorough, professional and knows what he’s doing! In the court room, he is exact, to the point and gets... the job done. I hope I never have to talk to him again (haha) but should I need an attorney, he is my first call. Thank you Kelly!

Divorce and Modification

I had to utilize Kelly’s services twice in the past few years; Once for a divorce and once for a modification. I had a positive and successful experience with both. Kelly was able to guide me through the process both times and was not only receptive to what my end goals were, but ultimately achieved ...those goals for me in both instances. He is an extremely capable and competent attorney, and while I hope to never need his services again, should a situation arise, I would hire him again without a second thought.

Worst Attorney for Child Custody EVER!!

My son and I hired Kelly to help him regain custody of his kids. In over two years he has failed to do ANYTHING to advance my son's case. Yesterday was the worst - my son and his wife spent months to create a forensic timeline, complete with supporting emails, texts, and audio/video files completel...y cross-referenced with notes, which Kelly did not reference a single time. In addition, the counselor for my grandkids was supposed to testify at this hearing but Kelly FORGOT to subpoena him!! Kelly did not refute (by cross examination) the testimony of my son's ex-girlfriend (kids' mom) even though my son was whispering to Kelly that she was lying and he had the emails in hand to prove it. Kelly told him to shut up so he could listen! I was helping my son pay his legal bills, and have ponied up well over $6000 in this year alone, but Shattuck will not get another penny from me after his sophomoric showing in court. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

A strong attorney - looking out for father's and their children

Kelly currently represents me for a custody case regarding my children - due to the nature of the case and it not being finalized yet, I'm not going to comment about it, what I can say about Kelly is that he continues to be veracious in court and a isn't afraid to back down from a fight. He's determi...ned to win the right way and ensuring the client's interests are being looked out for. I would strongly recommend Kelly to any of my friends or, strangers, going through custody battle as this isn't his first rodeo. Kelly has continued going to bat for me and winning the small "battles" hearings that we've attended thus far until we get to court. If you're looking for a strong family practice/divorce/custody attorney Vacanti/Shattuck is the firm you should be contacting. Vacanti Shattuck are the kinds of attorney's you want to have around but never need to use, rather than not having them and really needing them. If you have any kind of issues that are going on don't hesitate to contact Vacanti Shattuck - they will fight for you, as they've continued fighting for me

Custody Case

Kelly listened to me and was able to present all of the evidence in court that helped me win my case. I would highly recommend.
