Multiple issues with this attorney as he has cost me thousands of dollars. A: Should have caught 12K my Ex hid from the court but was in the Discovery. B: Never brought out the fact she already had insurance that met the Federal Minimum requirements set by the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) ... C: Relied upon the Heresay of he said/she said to win the pre-marital asset of the house. NEVER provided any evidence to support his stance (even though the my EX provided it and it was never pointed out) Due to this, I am basically paying for my house twice. Spent several thousand extra in insurance costs and have to split up my bank accounts with her even though what she had in the bank was equal to or greater. We also let her get away with Breaking and Entering/Theft. I recommend finding another attorney

When I hired Kelly in early 2018, my life had collapsed. I am an active duty military officer and while I was out of town for a few months in Alabama, out of nowhere my wife at the time filed Domestic and Child Abuse charges against me. I hadn’t seen her or my daughter in over a month, and all of a s...udden there were restraining orders against me and I was under several investigations. He surgically attacked my ex and exposed her for the incredibly dangerous person she is to everyone around her, but most importantly our daughter. He also used one of his other landmark case law cases and Nebraska law to debunk her and her attorney’s attacks on the military. Kelly proved at Court that military parents deserve to be treated fairly under the law, and the state of Nebraska listened. 6 months later, the decree was issued. We won. My daughter was coming to California full time. My ex immediately filed multiple challenges. Kelly beat her every time. She filed an Appeal with the state. Kelly beat her and her new high powered attorney. It has been a long and grueling 3 years, but having Kelly in my corner saved me and most importantly, my daughter. Since this happened, my ex has been arrested and continued to engage in dangerous behavior. I can’t imagine where we would be without him and his team. I know a lot of this sounds mushy, but it is all true. My case was a nightmare that unfortunately had many dark and sad turns. Kelly navigated me through the worst time in my life, and he brought my daughter home to me.
