Jeffrey N. Lowe received his doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. from Southwestern College. Professionally, Jeff is a member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association including several sub-committees, Kansas Association for Justice, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He is licensed to practice law in the Kansas District Courts and the United States District Court - District of Kansas. Estate Planning

Jeff was extremely helpful in developing my estate planning documents and additional legal works that I needed completed. He presented multiple avenues to which the planning could be completed and allowed me the time to review what would be best for me. He listens when you have concerns and has answers for each of them. Estate Planning

Jeff was thorough and honest in evaluation my needs for estate planning and for my potential future needs. I appreciated his guidance as he laid out all options available to me. More than just a lawyer

Jeff not only skillfully walked me through this most difficult time of my life, he made sure that my own pride didn't get in the way of a fair and expedient outcome. Jeff always came prepared to any hearing or meeting and always had alternate suggestions to bring more value to the table in the hope of getting a fair settlement. I wish that I had found Jeff before I wasted 6 months with my first lawyer that only had his best interests in mind, namely how fast can I get this settled no matter the outcome and get on to the next one. I would recommend Jeff to anyone that needs a divorce lawyer.

Such a blessing

I never wanted a divorce, but one day, it showed up on my doorstep. It sent my life into a spin that I can't describe. My family began to search for a lawyer, on my behalf, and among the Lord's many blessings, He brought Jeff into my path. And what a blessing he was. Jeff took the process that I was unfamiliar with, and explained it with knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. He answered every question I had promptly, and made sure that I understood every aspect and angle before proceeding further. He found issues with opposing counsel's paperwork, that would have left me at a disadvantage, and corrected it quickly. I am so thankful to Jeff and all of the staff for their hard work and for helping me through this time. Outstanding Divorce Lawyer

I hired Jeff to represent me in my divorce. He and his paralegal, Stacey, were excellent. They took their time to explain the process to me. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond with an answer. I always felt confident in their handling of my divorce. While divorce is never really a good thing, I was very satisfied with the final result of my divorce. I would recommend Jeff to anybody going through a divorce and needing legal representation.

Great Attorney

Jeff helped me with my child custody case. As a single father fighting for paternity and parenting rights Jeff went above and beyond to help me get more than I ever thought possible. Mr. Lowe has been a great asset to my family for a few years now. He is very professional, and genuinely cares for his clients. Even though "you can't win 'em all", Mr. Lowe does everything in his power to keep a leveled playing field. He will stand up for anyone in need, and offer assistance to his clients in any way he can.
