After being referred to her, I initially felt confident in her abilities to help me receive more parenting time with my son. However, I quickly found out that she was not interested in doing th...e work needed to complete the case. She repeatedly made excuses for not being prepared in court. Both the mother and I did not have any issues of child abuse, drug use, or delinquency on child support. I simply wanted more time with my son. After completing all the research needed to support my request to the courts, I was blindsided with a court document mailed to me by Rene, stating her motion to withdrawal. She never called or notified me of any issue regarding our working relationship. I am now in the process of finding another attorney before my court hearing and probable trial.
