I would not recommend this person. She started off ok but once things turned out to not be a quick open and closed case the quality dropped substantially. She did not keep me updated on status nor did she follow up with the paperwork submitted to make sure it was received or processed. She spoke wi...th others individuals not involved in my case, without my consent and then billed me for it. She got mad at me if I questioned her on anything or shown her anything disproved what she told me and eventually quit leaving unfinished business that she told me she would do. I was left with her bill and having to find someone else to finish the job.
