This review is long overdue. Attorney Brandon Katt is simply amazing. My son who is currently stationed in Kansas, got arrested and charged with class A felony of interfering with an officer. If convicted, he would not only have been given a a dishonorable discharge from the army, but also suffered ...through psychological consequences. I needed a firm that not only dealt with criminal defense but was also aware of military laws. Brandon did a free consultation and then had a flat rate with a military discount. After explaining the details behind the arrest, Brandon explained the court process and next steps in depth and answered all questions. We hired him the very same day. I was impressed with his professionalism and his ability to put my mind to ease in regards to my son's case. He got the case and charges dismissed on the first court date. You can say he is plugged in with the court system! I am truly grateful to him for bringing my family some much cherished peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I was charged with 6 trumped up charges for a basic traffic violation, (including attempted battery of a police officer with my car, and reckless driving), and appeared before a judge who has a reputation of rarely ruling in favor of the defendant in cases like this: my word against the police, and n...o witnesses. My 6 counts resulted in 2 guilty charges ... 2 minor traffic tickets, one of which we admitted in trial that I was admitting my guilt.
