Biography
I am an experienced trial attorney with years of experience in civil litigation, criminal defense, and military law. My civil litigation practice is diverse and includes railroad litigation, employment law, and personal injury. In my previous service on active duty in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, I served as both a prosecutor and a defense counsel, and have represented hundreds of clients, from the rank of Private all the way to General Officer, in a wide variety of adverse actions. Although my reputation as a thorough, aggressive, tireless litigator enables me to negotiate favorable resolutions to many cases, I will not hesitate to take a case to trial and fight to win justice for my clients, and I have done so with success on dozens and dozens of occasions.
