Honest and knowledgeable ... what more can I say?? Top-Notch !!!

Jason Roth has both the knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal procedures necessary to produce positive outcomes for his clients. He is upfront about costs, procedures, and explanations of what he expects to happen, so that you always feel informed and in control when going up against a la...rge insurance firm. A lawyer you can trust!

Jason was very upfront with me about the case. He told me that I may not be walking away with much more then I was currently offered by adding a lawyer because it was a fairly small case. You don't normally get that kind of honesty! After telling Jason that I was more concerned with the fact that the... insurance company was trying to take advantage of me, Jason took the case. It truly shows that he is in this for the right reason, to help people. Jason was not only amazing to work with, but also very pleasant to talk to in general. He worked hard and ended up getting the case settled for more than I was originally offered. If you are looking for a lawyer that you can trust and will work hard for you, Jason is your guy.

Medical Malpractice

Jason Roth - Medical Malpractice Case I was referred to Jason by another attorney (David Adams- Olathe) Jason took on a very difficult case and handled it with compassion, conviction, and care. He was sensitive to explain the difficult aspects of the case to me. He was very well organized, prepared... the case logically, did extensive research, sought out qualified doctors as reference, and kept me informed regularly. He gave me realistic, honest expectations and helped me see the full scope of the case. My interactions with Jason were both professional and personable, and I liked his character. Through the case he always kept in mind the loss that I and my family had suffered through in loosing my mother, and was sensitive to this; he even sent me a sentimental note on my mother's birthday, knowing that would be a difficult day for me. He worked hard to bring about the best outcome possible, and helped me feel that I had not failed my mother in being her voice, since she was no longer here to speak for herself. I would recommend him absolutely!!

Great Lawyer and Client Advocate

Jason Roth was recommended to me through a mutual client/patient and I am thankful for that to this day.
