Semi truck accident

We were referred to Jason by another lawyer after we were involved in an accident with a semi truck. The accident resulted in injuries that required surgery twice.Jason is very experienced and knowledgeable about semi truck accidents.He is very thorough and paid attention to all fine details. When ne...cessary, he engaged professionals in areas that required their input. His office promptly responded to all our calls and Jason was easily reachable by phone or email. We were kept updated on steps and decisions on our case. Jason broke down the case scenarios in simple understandable terms . We were pleased with the outcome of the case and highly recommend him.

Medical Malpractice

Jason Roth - Medical Malpractice Case I was referred to Jason by another attorney (David Adams- Olathe) Jason took on a very difficult case and handled it with compassion, conviction, and care. He was sensitive to explain the difficult aspects of the case to me. He was very well organized, prepared... the case logically, did extensive research, sought out qualified doctors as reference, and kept me informed regularly. He gave me realistic, honest expectations and helped me see the full scope of the case. My interactions with Jason were both professional and personable, and I liked his character. Through the case he always kept in mind the loss that I and my family had suffered through in loosing my mother, and was sensitive to this; he even sent me a sentimental note on my mother's birthday, knowing that would be a difficult day for me. He worked hard to bring about the best outcome possible, and helped me feel that I had not failed my mother in being her voice, since she was no longer here to speak for herself. I would recommend him absolutely!!

Straight Shooter

Jason was very upfront and straight forward with what he thought about my case. He never once made me feel like I was talking to someone who was out for money, he, like me, just wanted the right thing to be done. Jason and his team did a fantastic job. I never felt like I didn't know what was goin...g on and he kept me up to date on everything that was happening. Would highly recommend Jason Roth to anyone!!

A good client advocate

Jason was hired to represent me in a personal injury case for injuries I sustained in an automobile accident. He walked me through the process and presented my options, from filing suit to depositions to mediation. I never felt rushed even though the case went on for over a year. I would hire him ...again although I hope to never need his services in this capacity.
