My divorce happened in 2001 after a marriage of almost 35 years. My Ex-husband was to voluntarily pay monthly maintenance for a period of ten years. At the end of 2002, I moved out of Kansas. The maintenance arrived, sometimes sporadically, and then stopped. I contacted the original lawyer whose ...services I used during the divorce. She declined to become involved. There must have been someone watching out for me because when I consulted the Internet for another attorney in Johnson County KS, I liked what I read about Joe Booth and flew to Kansas to meet with him. To say I thought he was excellent in handling my case is an understatement. He was the champion that I needed so much at the time. I will be forever grateful for his expertise and professionalism. He earned and deserves all the accolades I could ever voice.
