Biography
When not practicing law, I enjoy non-legal reading and writing, and of course spending time with my family--being outdoors, playing games, visiting national parks, singing and serving others (including on a couple non-profit boards). My wife, Beth, is a Physical Therapist working in both geriatrics and pediatrics, but her primary occupation is home educator. We are active in our church and enjoy bible study. We have a loyal, somewhat obedient Irish Goldendoodle named Sherlock, several cats, lots of chickens and a guineafowl that showed up on our little farm and never left.

Brent helped me re-do my Durable Power of Attorney, Will, and Health Power of Attorney. I had one in place from another lawyer, but it was outdated. I didn't want to go back to that office. Brent was kind, thorough, and explained things very well. Easy to talk to.

Brent prepared a trust fund for me. Explained the pros and cons to a trust over a will and let me make the decision, and exlained in as simple terms as possible. Very understanding it is not a fun thing to take care.
