Biography
I am a dirt lawyer, practicing in real estate and construction law for almost 15 years. I am the co-editor of the Kansas Bar Association Construction law handbook and former President of both the Kansas Bar Association Construction Law Section and Young Lawyer's Section.
I handle a wide variety of real estate issues, including: landlord/tenant; foreclosure; property taxes; easements and property line disputes; real estate sales; and real estate development.
My construction background is equally broad, including: drafting construction contracts; enforcement of contracts; payment and defect disputes; mechanic's liens and other claims for payment.
