Josh Zarse did a FANTASTIC job on my case. I seriously do think that I couldn’t have had a more perfect lawyer for my case. Josh Zarse got me eligible for diversion and so my driving without a license charge was dismissed with prejudice once I received a valid DL and filled out the diversion paperwor...k. A traffic stop was initiated upon me for speeding in Ellis county in the state of Kansas. I was driving unlicensed( I shouldn’t have been driving but I had my reasons for doing so) and so at the end of my traffic stop, I was given an infraction for speeding 10-15 MPH over the limit and one misdemeanor for driving without a license.
