Josh Zarse did a FANTASTIC job on my case. I seriously do think that I couldn’t have had a more perfect lawyer for my case. Josh Zarse got me eligible for diversion and so my driving without a license charge was dismissed with prejudice once I received a valid DL and filled out the diversion paperwor...k. A traffic stop was initiated upon me for speeding in Ellis county in the state of Kansas. I was driving unlicensed( I shouldn’t have been driving but I had my reasons for doing so) and so at the end of my traffic stop, I was given an infraction for speeding 10-15 MPH over the limit and one misdemeanor for driving without a license. I called 3 different lawyers before I got into contact with Josh Zarse. The first two lawyers failed to get into contact with me on time and the third one was absolutely rude and charged me $4,000. Mind you, the first two only charged me $1,000. I called Gigstad Law Office and got into contact with Josh Zarse. I explained my situation and ironically enough, he told me that he had previously worked in Ellis County and was familiar with their practices. Once I heard that, I knew I had the right guy!! He gave me his price and he was even kind enough to match the first two offers given to me as his price for my circumstances happened to be $1,200. We set up a meeting for the next day and he let me know how it would go down. He did not disappoint and I’ll forever go to Josh if I happen to be obligated to any court of law in the state of Kansas!
