Trey has obtained countless dismissals for clients charged with everything from DUI to felony drug crimes to voter fraud to sex offenses to kidnapping.
PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH:
Trey has won numerous Plaintiffs’ jury verdicts in Missouri and Kansas in some of the most difficult cases involving car and truck accidents, explosions and medical malpractice. Trey won one of the largest jury verdicts of the year in both Clay and Jackson Counties in their respective years. Trey has won numerous significant settlements for clients over the years, and the Law Offices of Pettlon & Ginie have recovered millions for their clients.
