Best Attorney for your troubles

Jerry Wallentine was my attorney for a reckless driving I had this last year. My first email to his office, I got a response from Jerry himself and within minutes I was on the phone with him and he had a game plan. I did look around comparing attorneys since I wasn’t from that area and by far Jerry w...as my top pick. Jerry absolutely knew what he was doing and seemed to know people in the right places. We weren’t able to get diversion due to certain things on my end and when my court date came, Jerry was right there with me. The court room was completely full and I still can’t believe it but Jerry got me to be seen first. We got exactly what we wanted out of it and Jerry saved me from losing my license. Easy to work with

Unbelievable representation

Mr Wallentine represented me recently on a driving without a license charge. He was swift and effective. He used his charm and knowledge to get the charges dropped. Without his help I would have been in a world of hurt. He is very influential and likeable. You can not go wrong with this man.

Expungement for DWI

I contacted Jerry about getting a felony DWI expunged from my record. It was previously denied and was also a difficult case. I had contacted another attorney who told me I was wasting my time and money and that it would be denied. Jerry was upfront and honest and told me it would be difficult, but h...e would put together a solid case. After his persistence and building a great case, we won the expungement hearing! Jerry's professionalism was second to none and he kept me informed at all times. If I ever had a question, Jerry would respond immediately. I would highly recommend Jerry as an attorney!
