CID investigation

I was under investigation from CID for very serious allegations. I chose to retain Mrs. Batemam to clear my name, which turned out to be a very good decision. Mrs. Bateman reviewed my case and put together a great game plan to get me the best results. She was fair and honest about her expectations. I... took her advice and all of the charges ended up being dropped. Mrs. Bateman is prior military and fully understands the military justice system. I would highly recommend any soldier who is under investigation or facing charges to retain Mrs. Bateman and she will get you the best possible results. Invest in your career it will be worth it.

Aimee Bateman is a legal advocate without equal in military litigation

Not only in my case, but in many others, Aimee has proven herself to be the smarter, harder working, expert whose knowledge of the law pales in comparison to opposing counsel. She is a dedicated advocate who routinely works miracles due to her poise and ability to design common sense solutions to com...plex legal problems to the satisfaction of her clients. In over 20 years of active army service, she has developed the skill set necessary to solve any legal issue. She has the innate ability to thrive in any community as shown by the roots that she has grown in the Leavenworth- Greater Kansas City area, dedicating time and resources to various boards and charitable interests. I would hope to have the resources and portfolio to hire her as in-house counsel for the aforementioned reasons.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with and learn from Aimee when she was at the 10th Mountain Division. Ms. Bateman was the most thoroughly researched, prepared, focused, and effective advocate in our Military Justice shop. Throughout my career as a judge advocate, I tried to match what I observed in Aimee. Now, as I transition to civilian practice, I continue to trust her as a talented colleague and rely on her expertise to ensure both the continuity of my practice and to serve as my first referral choice for conflict clients. Regardless of the practice area, talking to and working with Aimee will most certainly make things better!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
