Thank you, with All My Heart: Love and Respect.

Aimee! This is for You (Salute). Yes, I will do KP duty, for not doing this sooner Ma'am! For those needing litigation services in Atchison, or Leavenworth Counties/Kansas Statewide. I highly recommend her and her Law Firm, to get a consultation. I had and issue form the courts from '94, unknown to m...e, until being stopped @ gunpoint, leaving a base, banned from that base, until issues were resolved in Nov/'23. My search for counsel, was for my case, denied from many other lawyers, even tried two big name Kansas City Mo. Law Firms to no avail, too much on the fees, and no response from one of them. I did not know, what I was going to do, even tried Missouri Counsel that can represent me in Kansas, Missouri Veterans Commission, Kansas Legal Aid, including a Lawyer in Atchison Co. Refused, or Denied Counsel. In Mar/'26, I reached out to Bateman Law (after 2 years searching). She asked for the details, upon appt. over the phone, then explained to me exactly what she was going to do, both outcomes right off. All this time of not being resolved, I expected the worst, and hoped for the best, if your military you know this. She told me she would handle it. Later, that week she called me, stating it was Resolved, sending me the documents via email. I stopped in my tracks, the weight of this, banned from a base, facing court for all these years, payments and interest, losing my benefits as a disabled veteran, incarceration etc. To hear her say that I still tear up. Nobody would take it on, but her. I won't forget her, so very grateful for her, helping me like she did, being a Veteran herself, made me feel "at ease" during the process. I am sure she is the same, with her civilian clients, as well! Please, Call Bateman Law LLC!! She has your six! God Bless You Aimee!❤️

Relationship: Co-worker

"I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with and learn from Aimee when she was at the 10th Mountain Division. Ms. Bateman was the most thoroughly researched, prepared, focused, and effective advocate in our Military Justice shop. Throughout my career as a judge advocate, I tried to match what I observed in Aimee. Now, as I transition to civilian practice, I continue to trust her as a talented colleague and rely on her expertise to ensure both the continuity of my practice and to serve as my first referral choice for conflict clients. Regardless of the practice area, talking to and working with Aimee will most certainly make things better!"

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
