Biography
Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, I enjoy the outdoors and am a life-long athlete. I have served my country for the past eleven years as a JAG officer, and although I am fiercely competitive, I understand that everyone has their own definition of what it means to "win" when it comes to interpersonal conflict and litigation. It is important to me that my clients understand what is going on in their case and why; where they are at and where they are going. I do not have associates so my clients deal directly with me and my paralegal, Gabrielle. My goal is to get my clients from point A to point B (wherever that may be for them) as quickly, easily and cheaply as possible, with the understanding that sometimes cases are not very quick or easy or cheap if there are difficult personalities or issues involved.

Shockingly unprofessional!
Do not recommend. I hired Mr. Fredrick for a constructive eviction defense in landlord tenant issue. In his letter he forcefully stated he would "vigorously represent" me. I was in the right. Will hire again!
Mr Fredrick was straight forward with me and assisted in a very complex child support issue from 10 years ago. He did exactly as he said he would. Without his specific representation I would have been in a very bad spot. Very intelligent lawyer.
