Our experience with this firm has been above reproach! My husband was in a car accident, we called Aaron Sachs, and are very glad we did! First of all, they sent someone to our home to interview my husband, so he did not have to drive all the way to Springfield to their office while he was in pain ...from the accident. They even sent a gift basket to cheer him up which was so thoughtful and appreciated! We received constant updates on the case, we never had to call them to find out what was going on. When we did need to call about certain questions and concerns, they were always answered in a friendly, professional manner. The staff helped us through a very stressful experience, and we are grateful for their courtesy and empathy. It took a year to resolve the case, but that is the way the insurance companies operate, there is so much paperwork that has to be dealt with between hospitals, doctors, insurance companies, and attorneys. The wonderful staff at Aaron Sachs always made us feel they cared, were competent, professional, and we could trust them to do the best job possible! We so appreciate all the things they did for us, and were happy with the resolution of my husband's case. While hiring an Attorney is a determine the professional presentations of hiring an attorney, but it is also important to have at huge decision, it is important to also do your homework. Advertising does not tell the story. What you want to know is how good is your lawyer. Will they go to trial if ...need be? Are they successful when they do go to trial? Does your attorney talk down to you? Personal injury has a lot to do with equity, less to do with law unless there is some claimed protection under a contract for the opposing party.. (ie, hold harmless, etc). To the injured, it seems that they are the only case the attorney is working on. So, if a call is not immediately returned, sometimes a client may feel as though nobody cares or is working on the case. We as non attorney's also have a responsibility to at least have a rudimentary understanding of how the Courts work and of the laws in relation to liability. There is a lot to think about. Contributory negligence and contractual issues. remember, the other side is trying to save their money as much as you are trying to get it. I would advise that you do your homework. I would advise that once you decide, stick with your choice of Attorney. Do not let advertising be the deciding factor. Just remember, this decision can effect you for the rest of your life, depending on the scope and severity of your injuries.

To, begin with I had never needed to use an attorney, until I was invovled in an three car accident (not my fault by the way), in January of 2013. Which after the accident it became necessary that I would be needing an attorney. I had heard about Aaron Sachs through people, and had seen their commerc...ials on TV. So needing someone to represent me in my case, I chose Aaron Sachs and Associates. My experience through Aaron Sachs and Associates was great. Aaron Sachs and Associates immediately started representing my case. The staff got right on it and was sure to always keep me informed as to everything that was taking place in my case. All the staff were very friendly, caring individuals and they assisted me all the way through. Just to show how much Aaron Sachs and his staff care about their clients, i'm going to share a few incidences with you. First everytime one of the associates would call me, they were always friendly and always asked how i was doing. VERY CARING if you ask me:) When i first opened my case with Aaron and staff i received a Aaron Sachs mug and a Christmas card from them every year. WOW!!:) Was all I could say. Anyways if that still isn't enough i have a couple more incidences for you. Throughout my case i had a baby and got married:) Well guess what, Vikki Wendt and others had a blanket personalized for my baby!!!!:) That was so sweet and completely showed me how much they cared. Pretty much like family! For my Wedding they sent me a congratulations card. So nice of them. So yes if your question is would i go through Aaron Sachs and Associates if need be in the future? My answer is YES. I was very pleased with the way they treated myself and my case.
