I had was involved in an accident while on my motorcycle. It was a big relief that I could just focus on healing rather than dealing with insurance companies. My incident is a difficult and life changing Experience. Mr Joel Block never turned an ear away from me, even when I seemed frustrated and would often cry. He listened with compassion trying to understand how I feel. Some things just don't turn out the way we hope but without the help from this firm ...I could never have taken care of things by myself concerning my outrageous amount of debt owed from a head on Car Accident that was the fault of the other party. Although my life changing injuries could never have an amount given to them, Mr Block did all he could to make sure I wasn't left in the dark. Yes, my incident took over a year but so did all my doctor visits and therapy to walk again. My thanks to this Firm and caring staff....

While hiring an Attorney is a determine the professional presentations of hiring an attorney, but it is also important to have at huge decision, it is important to also do your homework. Advertising does not tell the story. What you want to know is how good is your lawyer. Will they go to trial if ...need be? Are they successful when they do go to trial? Does your attorney talk down to you? Personal injury has a lot to do with equity, less to do with law unless there is some claimed protection under a contract for the opposing party.. (ie, hold harmless, etc). To the injured, it seems that they are the only case the attorney is working on. So, if a call is not immediately returned, sometimes a client may feel as though nobody cares or is working on the case. We as non attorney's also have a responsibility to at least have a rudimentary understanding of how the Courts work and of the laws in relation to liability. There is a lot to think about. Contributory negligence and contractual issues. remember, the other side is trying to save their money as much as you are trying to get it. I would advise that you do your homework. I would advise that once you decide, stick with your choice of Attorney. Do not let advertising be the deciding factor. Just remember, this decision can effect you for the rest of your life, depending on the scope and severity of your injuries.
