My incident is a difficult and life changing Experience. Mr Joel Block never turned an ear away from me, even when I seemed frustrated and would often cry. He listened with compassion trying to understand how I feel. Some things just don't turn out the way we hope but without the help from this firm ...I could never have taken care of things by myself concerning my outrageous amount of debt owed from a head on Car Accident that was the fault of the other party. Although my life changing injuries could never have an amount given to them, Mr Block did all he could to make sure I wasn't left in the dark. Yes, my incident took over a year but so did all my doctor visits and therapy to walk again. My thanks to this Firm and caring staff....

When I first had my accident, I didn't think it would be a difficult case. It was cut and dry. My car was totaled. I was injured and went via ambulance to the ER. There were witnesses. One being my husband who, bless his heart, watched it all happen in his rear view mirror. He expected the worst. Fo...rtunately, I was able to leave the hospital the same day but , unfortunately, had to nurse my own injuries through rest, relaxation and at-home physical therapy. P.S... I couldn't relax through the pain. Being as I am a stay home mother/maid/ taxi to 2 daughters my life became difficult for even the things I considered the "easy breezy" daily chores. Not to mention the trips to Springfield ( I'm a Rogersville resident) for the follow up check ups and the unforeseen causes from wreck that extended my trips to and from town. My first claim offer took me so off guard the I had to politely excuse myself from the phone conversation with the man's insurance adjuster so that I didn't get emotional with him. Right then and there, I contacted Aaron Sachs & Asssociates and told them my dilemma. There was not one bit of hesitation from the representative on the phone. I had a consultation appointment within 1-2 days. When I arrived, I saw my name on a board outside of the meeting room. I knew then that i was not a "random" that I was... I guess you could say... Family. From the moment I signed the papers giving them full "custody" of my case I did not have to do anything but concentrate on my healing process. When all was done, I was forever in debt to my family at Aaron Sachs & Associates. I was one of the priveledged ones who was asked to give my testimonial for their commercial. To, begin with I had never needed to use an attorney, until I was invovled in an three car accident (not my fault by the way), in January of 2013. Which after the accident it became necessary that I would be needing an attorney. I had heard about Aaron Sachs through people, and had seen their commerc...ials on TV. So needing someone to represent me in my case, I chose Aaron Sachs and Associates. My experience through Aaron Sachs and Associates was great. Aaron Sachs and Associates immediately started representing my case. The staff got right on it and was sure to always keep me informed as to everything that was taking place in my case. All the staff were very friendly, caring individuals and they assisted me all the way through. Just to show how much Aaron Sachs and his staff care about their clients, i'm going to share a few incidences with you. First everytime one of the associates would call me, they were always friendly and always asked how i was doing. VERY CARING if you ask me:) When i first opened my case with Aaron and staff i received a Aaron Sachs mug and a Christmas card from them every year. WOW!!:) Was all I could say. Anyways if that still isn't enough i have a couple more incidences for you. Throughout my case i had a baby and got married:) Well guess what, Vikki Wendt and others had a blanket personalized for my baby!!!!:) That was so sweet and completely showed me how much they cared. Pretty much like family! For my Wedding they sent me a congratulations card. So nice of them. So yes if your question is would i go through Aaron Sachs and Associates if need be in the future? My answer is YES. I was very pleased with the way they treated myself and my case.
