I had was involved in an accident while on my motorcycle. It was a big relief that I could just focus on healing rather than dealing with insurance companies. On June 15, 2014 I was involved in a very bad rear end collision. When I returned home from the hospital my first sentence was “call Aaron Sachs”. When I first had my accident, I didn't think it would be a difficult case. It was cut and dry. My car was totaled. I was injured and went via ambulance to the ER. There were witnesses. One being my husband who, bless his heart, watched it all happen in his rear view mirror. He expected the worst. Fo...rtunately, I was able to leave the hospital the same day but , unfortunately, had to nurse my own injuries through rest, relaxation and at-home physical therapy. P.S... I couldn't relax through the pain. Being as I am a stay home mother/maid/ taxi to 2 daughters my life became difficult for even the things I considered the "easy breezy" daily chores. Our experience with this firm has been above reproach! My husband was in a car accident, we called Aaron Sachs, and are very glad we did! First of all, they sent someone to our home to interview my husband, so he did not have to drive all the way to Springfield to their office while he was in pain ...from the accident. They even sent a gift basket to cheer him up which was so thoughtful and appreciated! We received constant updates on the case, we never had to call them to find out what was going on. When we did need to call about certain questions and concerns, they were always answered in a friendly, professional manner. The staff helped us through a very stressful experience, and we are grateful for their courtesy and empathy. It took a year to resolve the case, but that is the way the insurance companies operate, there is so much paperwork that has to be dealt with between hospitals, doctors, insurance companies, and attorneys. The wonderful staff at Aaron Sachs always made us feel they cared, were competent, professional, and we could trust them to do the best job possible! We so appreciate all the things they did for us, and were happy with the resolution of my husband's case.
