As per usual I received my daily scam likely calls. I usually ignore them but I wanted to entertain them today. To my surprise I had a scam call about a old debt that I filed on my bankruptcy. I immediately called and spoke to my bankruptcy attorney Joe. He answered all my questions and reassured me ...that I will be okay. Always contact your attorney if you have questions even if it's years later. I'm glad I did.

When I realized my debt became unbearable and the stress was so overwhelming, I needed a way out. I contacted Jeppson Law Office, Joe reassured me that there was a way out. He went over my options and we made the decision to file Chapter 13. I was extremely nervous about the process but with Joe, Kim... and not let me leave out Trish, hard work and diligence; I'm on my way to feeling the relief of getting control of my debt. Throughout the years Joe and staff have been consistent in their professionalism, advisement and personal commitment. I appreciate how Joe and his staff kept the bankruptcy process “moving forward.” Whether it was Chapter 13 or Chapter 7 their process was consistent in gathering my information, lay...ing out cost, filing deadlines, scheduling of services and payments. Which believe it or not, gave me much needed clarity and confidence at a time when I needed it the most. Realistically, they helped me get back to basics (such as using a calendar) which in the heat of the battle the “ATD’s ( attention to details) can be easily overlooked. And for me this was a clarion signal that I was working with a very good team. Not sales pitching there services or “patting you on the back” for every thing ; yet courteous and straight forward I knew I made a wise and timely decision to seek them out. Moreover, I feel that Joe does embodies placing his ability to help others high in his mission statement and commitment. He does ask what is needed to support your case without judge mental comments or questioning. He does at least for me exhibits a high but quite confidence in seeking the best outcome. He does have a since of humor ( even in this age of Zoom) yet he takes care of staying on point. I truly appreciate he was very little if any a sells person for I don’t recall him ever talking about his “ success rate” or such. Yet he does layout and most importantly “communicates” a path for moving forward and does follow up on keeping the communication lines open. I do recommend talking with Joe and staff if you’re in need of help or consultation pertaining to filing bankruptcy or debt resolution.
