Nicole Marie Fisher

Nicole came to us through a referral. She was said to be professional, affordable and a fighter. She started out well but it took a turn somewhere months later when she was representing my sister. My sister and I paid her a large retainer and she said at the time it would cover most of the fees to ta...ke the case. We expected maybe $1,000 or a little more because that’s just what we saw online for typical cases Nicole was working. She was not transparent about her fees. She rarely responded to my sisters calls and e-mails. She did not fight or represent her to her best ability and it was apparent that Nicole broke her fiduciary responsibilities when she started to favor the other side’s interests. We were caught off guard when we were presented with over $5,000+ bills Nicole had presented after retainer was used. She was well above the standard costs for the typical case. She had everything she needed. But failed to be an effective lawyer in the court room. She didn’t take any interest in the case or put meaningful effort. She didn’t notify my sister when court was, and nearly cost my sister the total case. I saw that Nicole was highly recommended and even saw a good online reviews but the experiences we had was a joke. She apologized many times for her inexcusable lack of communication. By far the worst lawyer I have ever heard of and experienced. I personally work in a different state and have 10+ years working with lawyers in all aspect with my businesses and when I worked at the State Capitol. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else. Your success rate will be 10x better I am sure. Please do your research. Please take our experience to heart. This is not who you want representing your best interests. Nicole went above and beyond. She was my lawyer for a child custody case. She was always straight forward and kept me in the loop the whole time. Always seemed very focused and on point during prep and during court. Very good at guiding me through the process and was able to get me a positive outcome... in my case.

Nicole was my life saver. I spent over $10K with another attorney who wasn't timely to respond to my e-mails, didn't advise me when I needed it, and made me feel like I'd hired a scrivener with no real skills. My experience with Nicole was 180 degrees different. Nicole was an advocate for me. Wher...eas I felt like my previous attorney was annoyed that I would bother her with my questions (while she was overcharging me), Nicole would not only answer my questions with sound legal advice, but she was also strategic. She told me what my options were, but also told me what she thought would lead to the best possible outcome in my situation, even if she knew I didn't want to hear it. And she was right! My previous attorney made me feel like I was alone on an island, Nicole made me feel like we were in it together and that my success was hers and vice versa. She is cordial with opposing counsel, as a good attorney should be, but she wasn't afraid to call someone out if they'd unreasonably delayed in getting something done. I've recommended and referred Nicole over a dozen clients. I know I'll need her help again in a few years when we change our custody plan, and she is absolutely the first person I'll call.

Nicole and the rest of Fisher Law were wonderful to work with during my custody case. What normally would have been a huge headache went very smoothly with little stress on my end. Nicole provided clear, realistic expectations and was very upfront and approachable throughout my case. She and her para...legal were always more than willing to answer any questions I had, and were very diligent in keeping me informed and keeping the case moving. I would highly recommend Nicole to any of my family and friends in need of an attorney!

I hired Nicole to help me with a paternity case. She charges like crazy, she made multiple unnecessary phone calls to me with no real plan or agenda. She did not represent me towards my Exs attorney at all, even telling me on the phone that I needed to stop talking and has a huge attitude towards her... own clients. 4k dollars later I still have not been to court once, and nothing has been accomplished in my case. I would never recommend her to anyone.
