§ Jenny has a heart for those who are marginalized and wants to make sure that people and small businesses are given second chances through bankruptcy through liquidation or reorganization. She also wants to ensure that people who are wrongly injured by someone else are compensated for their injuries. And she understands the emotional turmoil wrought upon those involved in our legal system and works hard to make that process as smooth, efficient, and stress-free as possible. Jenny began her legal career in 2009 with Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, P.C. (now WM Law), Kansas City’s largest consumer bankruptcy firm. While there, Jenny represented over 700 debtors and helped them eliminate or reorganize their debt. She helps ease her clients’ financial burdens and knows that bankruptcy is never the end of the road but instead is a new beginning. Jenny has appeared in court hundreds of times for her clients and focuses on complex bankruptcies involving individuals and small businesses. In addition to bankruptcy, her passion for those who are marginalized has led her to help clients who have been injured.
