Filing personal bankruptcy was a traumatic decision. My family prides themselves on being financially responsible and our poor decisions are ours to bear. Finally it came to a point that I knew I could never get out from under mounting interest and it seemed that no matter how I tried to manage the balances I was never going to get ahead. In meeting with Megan she not only calmed my fears but in no way made me feel lesser of an individual. Her professional yet easy going personality helped me in knowing there will be light at the end of the tunnel as I try to repay my debtors. Her professionalism, coupled with her demeanor in handling my emotions, which at times were quite intense personally, has allowed me to feel that moving forward I will get through this process. Megan has been available to me at all times and even reaches out to make sure I'm on schedule with what I need to do as well as making me feel we can freely discuss the emotions associated with this difficult decision. Megan carefully reviewed all avenues to help me manage my monthly obligations as well as meeting those to satisfy my creditors. I have no reservations in recommending her services as the choice to file should not be taken lightly.

What really impressed me about Megan, is if I had a question or concern, she would call me back promptly. It was very comforting to know she was looking out for me throughout this process. I liked her very much.

I highly recommend Megan. Her knowledge of the law and compassion during this difficult time has made the process so much easier. If I ever have a question or concern it is always taken care of in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours). You can feel confident in her ability to represent your best interests.
Jeffrey Wagoner, Chapter 7 bankruptcy Attorney
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
Megan has worked for WM Law on two occasions. Her first stint was as a paralegal before she became an attorney. She worked very closely with clients and got rave reviews from them - the clients loved her. She also had very good work ethic. After becoming an attorney, she came back to us. She is now the excellent attorney that I was certain she could become. Particularly good working with and relating to clients. She is a very valuable member of WM Law and we are thrilled to have her here.
