Biography
Garrett Solomon has spent his entire career fighting the government. Garrett has gained a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients and as an attorney who always puts his clients needs first.
Garrett is a graduate of Kansas University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Immediately after graduating from Law School, he went to work for the Missouri Public Defenders Office, where he successfully tried many cases, in Kansas City, St. Louis, and rural Missouri. He is an alumnus of the National Criminal Defense College.
After ten years of dedicated service as a public defender, Garrett, along with fellow public defender Joshuah Peter, opened the law firm of Solomon & Peter, LLP, where they practice criminal defense, juvenile defense, and traffic defense. Solomon & Peter is a client-centered law firm, dedicated to providing high quality legal representation, for a reasonable price.
Garrett has represented clients on hundreds of serious felonies including First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Armed Criminal Action, Arson, Kidnapping, Rape, Sodomy, Assault, Robbery, Felon in Possession, Drug Possession, Drug Sales and Drug Trafficking, DUI/DWI, Fraud, and Embezzlement. Garrett has taken many cases to trial and has obtained numerous not guilty verdicts. He has also obtained many dismissals, including on serious charges like murder and rape. In addition to dismissals and not guilty verdicts, he has obtained many excellent results, such as probation on serious felonies, and treatment for non-violent drug offenders and alcohol related offenses, such as DUI/DWI.
Garrett is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, and Federal Court.

Prompt Handling of Speeding Ticket
