My practice focuses on criminal defense at the local, state and federal level in Kansas and Missouri. I have extensive criminal jury trial experience ranging from drug offenses to serious sex crimes. I have successfully helped numerous clients fight their charges to jury verdict resulting in acquittals. I understand that facing a criminal charge can be one of the most stressful times in a person’s life. I am here to help guide you through the process and be your advocate. In addition to criminal defense, I also focus on collateral criminal issues like expungements and removal from the sex offender registry. These collateral issues can be a tremendous burden and I am always happy when I can help a client receive an expungement or be removed from the registry.

Jessica Sokoloff, Criminal defense Attorney on Nov 2, 2020
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Sheena Foye is a fantastic litigator whose trial skills are only exceeded by her empathy and dedication to her clients. She maintains good relationships with opposing counsel which enables her to garner fair and just plea deals, but she is not afraid to take a case to trial. Sheena fights for her clients' rights both in and out of the courtroom. If I was in trouble, she would be the first person I call.

I am always impressed by the work Sheena does for her clients. She is one of the thought leaders for criminal defense and she is not afraid to follow through with the hard work of seeing those thoughts through to fruition. I endorse Sheena Foye.
