Attorney Leland F. Dempsey is a leading medical malpractice and personal injury attorney in Kansas City, representing the injured victims of others’ negligence. A founding member of Dempsey & Kingsland, Mr. Dempsey offers client-focused representation that gets results. Mr. Dempsey earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School and has been admitted to both the Missouri and Kansas State Bars. In 2007, he secured an award of $43 million – the largest vaccination award in U.S. history – for a child who was rendered a quadriplegic after receiving a vaccination.
