I recently used Mrs. Dudley for my legal matters. She kept me up to date with every change in my case. Whenever an issue popped up, she already had multiple solutions in place for me to choose from so that we could proceed. Mrs. Dudley explained what she was going to do and what could come of my case... in a simple, easy to follow conversation. Mrs. Dudley is the perfect lawyer for my situation and I could not imagine using anyone else.

I worked with Kathryn Dudley on my divorce which is one of the most devastating events you can experience in your lifetime. Kathryn helped me throughout each step and made it easier. I got passed off to Ms. Dudley after an initial consultation in Clayton. I was told she was the best. I felt she was unfriendly and did nothing to help my divorce. My dad felt she needed to be the most attractive woman in the room anytime, anywhere. I was under so much stress I didn’t care about ...any of that. I cared about my kids and my future. I came out alright with my kids but my future not so much, and if it wasn’t for my dad, God knows what would have happened.

I hired Ms. Dudley for a custody case. After our initial consultation and paying my retainer, I never spoke with her again. She wouldn't return phone calls and it took her weeks to return emails. I ended up discussing the details of my case with her through email, she then asked a coworker to draw up... motions to submit to the court and the facts in the motions were all wrong. Ms. Dudley did not communicate the facts of the case to her coworker but she still charged me every cent for our email exchanges. I also had to ask for basic motions to be filed. She tooks no initiative at all. I had to search online what the next motions should be. I ended up firing her and hiring a new lawyer, I was afraid of losing my case because of her incompetence and lack of initiative. I hired her because I wanted the best ( I thought because she worked for a nice firm and was very expensive, thats she would be good) true, she is one of the higher priced lawyers but by far the worst that I've worked with. I hired a different lawyer and easily won my case.

I am very please with the service provided to me by Kathryn Dudley during my divorce. She was accessible and prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. Kathryn took the time needed with me to review anything I was concerned about and helped me get through my divorce. Kathy was a good advoca...te for me in negotiations. I am very please with the out outcome of the divorce and the way my file was handled. I would highly recommend her.
