Erin Elaine Milligan

Erin is currently assisting me in a criminal case. My life had spiraled out of control after becoming addicted to a powerful drug. I have been fortunate enough to be given a second chance through "Breaking the Cycle" drug court program, and Erin has been of much assistance communicating with the pr...osecution on my behalf. I truly believe God sent me this attorney. I got in trouble for the first time in my life in 2011 and it was pretty serious. I was so afraid and remorseful for what I had done. Miss Milligan is an assistant public defender for the state of Missouri. She represented me one year ago. She came to see me in jail and helped get me out on bond by calling my mother and speaking to her about it. I got the standard plea bargain of suspended imposition of sentence with 5 years state ...probation. I was dissatisfied with my sentence because this was my first offense and all I did was make the honest mistake of writing a bad check, but Miss Milligan told me that if things went well with my probation and I satisfied all of the special conditions ordered by the court she would file a motion to terminate probation after one year. Well, I did very well with my probation and Miss Milligan was glad to file the motion for me. She got me discharged from probation, and I am very pleased.
