Kristen Joyce Dunnett

I hired Kristen Dunnett to represent my me in what started out as a Motion for Family Access case. I do have a difficult case but I was honest with Kristen every step of the way. I informed her on the truth of my case and each time we went to court Kristen got it wrong as she was unable to accept the... facts. After three years, and three different judges, we finally made it to trial. On the day of trial Kristen threatened to quit. After allowing almost three years of wrongful assumptions and giving her thousands of dollars to represent me, it was clear where she stood personally on my case along with her actual legal abilities. After I fired Kristen, I later found out in court about a deal Kristen made with the commissioner that she had previously lied to me about. I tried to discuss these issues with Kristen but she could not handle herself in a professional manner. The final outcome in my case was far worse than if I had done nothing. It is very frustrating when your attorney gives the appearance of doing a good job until it is time to perform.
