Brian Dudley Dunlop

Mr. Dunlop was appointed as the ad litem for my husband's case to get visitation with his daughter. He does not answer phone calls unless it is one of his attorney friends (make sure to get an attorney he works with often). Every time they have approached a court date, he tells my husband one thing a...nd does the exact opposite in court. He always urges him to settle outside of court to "save money", although this ensures he gets to make the decision almost entirely alone, and he gets more money doing it this way. He takes the mom's side because her dad has money to spend. Money talks, so if you don't have it, avoid this guy. We are attempting to get a new ad litem appointed.
