I am a physician. I came to United States for training and decided to stay here to raise a family. I started my job on pending I-485 with an EAD. My EAD was going to expire in April last year. I called today to ask the for a consultation. The man told me I would have to pay 100 dollars for the consultation. I asked if I could get the price for a fiancé visa. The initial consult with Jim was free of charge and there we learnt that he did the first same-sex marriage immigration case in St. Louis which made us very comfortable with him handling our case.
