Ann Vatterott Bruntrager has spent her entire legal career in Missouri family law, and in that time she has developed a reputation among clients and colleagues alike for meticulous preparation, careful attention to detail, and the kind of courtroom readiness that changes what is possible in a negotiation.

Ann's connection to family law began before she passed the bar. While at Saint Louis University School of Law, she interned with Legal Advocates for Abused Women and later served as a student attorney with the Catholic Legal Assistance Ministry, where she handled family law matters directly. Those experiences shaped her understanding of what is at stake for families going through the legal system, and that understanding has never left her practice.

Her personal life has also shaped her perspective. Growing up with two adopted siblings gave Ann an early and lasting appreciation for the different ways families are formed, and she has maintained a particular interest in adoption matters throughout her career.
