Excellent Attorney- I would highly recommend

Susan represented me in a civil case and guided me through some business negotiations. She was wonderful. She was able to accomplish what the other attorneys could not. She was very informative and made me feel totally informed every step of the way. Everything Susan said came to pass. She really kno...ws the system and know the law very well. I would highly recommend Susan for any of your needs.

Divorce-- father's perspective

After interviewing with multiple lawyers, I made the decision to move forward with Susan. She was always accessable when trouble came up before everything was finalized. She is very straight forward and does not try to sugarcoat anything, which I appreciate. Typically the cards are stacked against th...e working father. My number one priority was keeping at least 50% custody and my home. We were successful in both. Susan was able to help me maintain quality of life and have 50% custody. I would highly recommend that before anyone make a decision on a lawyer, make sure to interview Susan.

Money pit

Susan was recommended to me by another lawyer. After dragging a fairly simple case on for a year the judge finally said enough is enough. Appointed more people to get involved in my case. In the end she told me give my ex whatever she wants so that this could be over. So after wasting thousands upon ...thousands to pay 700 a month for one 4 year old boy. I thought that would be it. Come to find out in the state of Missouri if there is a dispute about what is clearly written in the divorce papers Missouri specifically Clayton courthouse will tell you to get a lawyer and come back to court to do it all over again. Long story short, if you want to save yourself alot of money and trouble don't bother with Susan.

I am very sorry, but I cannot place you as a client. I do not believe that I actually represented you. I am confused when you say that "the judge finally said enough is enough. Appointed more people to get involved." In a dissolution action, the only other parties to be appointed are guardian ad litems (except in special cases where third parties can be impleaded, such as when there are allegations that the husband is not the father of a child of the marriage, if there is a business entity that is marital property, etc.). A court will appoint a guardian ad litem (a "GAL") either on its own motion or the motion of a party. GALs are automatically appointed when there are allegations of abuse and/or neglect (this is required by law). GALs can also be appointed in highly contested custody matter. Further, I also do not know what you mean when you state that "in the state of Missouri if there is a dispute about what is clearly written in the divorce papers" that you would need to "do it all over again." There actually cannot be an dispute over what is "clearly written" in a divorce decree. If the language is clear, that is the language that would govern. If a party does not like the language, then they would need to move to modify the language. However, the only portions of a dissolution decree that can be modified are provisions regarding child custody, child support, and maintenance (so long as the maintenance specifically states that it is modifiable). I am sorry if you feel that you had a poor experience, but I do not believe that I was part of this case.

Divorce

We had a wonderful experience with Susan. She responds and communicates quickly. Her advice and quality of service are outstanding. She is very efficient. This was much above our expectations. Susan handled my divorce case painlessly. Definitely had the best service for our case.

Amazing.... Professional, and Knowledgable!

Amazing is the only word to accurately describe Susan and her vast knowledge. Susan helped me through a divorce in 2009 and again with a modification in 2016 with satisfactory and fair results. She is a great communicator and is HONEST in her communications. Susan was my strength when I couldn't b...e my own and looked out for me and my children's best interest. She is direct and caring all at the same time. She was very patient in my difficult modification and always willing to explain and direct me with her wealth of knowledge and experience. A+++++ I would recommend her without hesitation.
