John J. Allan

John helped my father with a difficult claim against a nursing home. my father was in the home for rehabilitation after surgery. while there, he was attacked by another resident . the nursing home knew that this other resident had attacked other people in the home, and had a history of violence, ...and did nothing about it. the claim had to be mediated, and john allan did a great job in mediating the claim and getting my father a monetary award.

Mr. Allan filed a suit on my behalf against a former employer who for no reason stopped paying me. It was not related to anything I had done. He had done this to several employees in the past.
