Our firm has extensive experience litigating contested child custody matters. Our role is to develop evidence relating to statutory factors such as parenting ability (including co-parenting), parent's wishes, children's needs and living arrangements.

Child support must be determined in divorce, custody and modification matters. This begins by determining the presumed Form 14 amount by analyzing incomes, health insurance costs, custody adjustment and other expenses relating to the children.

The majority of our practice consists of representing individuals in divorce, legal separation, motions to modify custody and support, contempt actions, post-judgment and pre and post nuptial agreement matters.

A non-contested case involves two people who both wish to reach an agreement on all issues. Our role includes advising on the overall fairness of an agreement, drafting the necessary settlement documents and submitting the agreement to the court.
